TEAM LOAD-IN - Friday starting at 5 pm
Please be sure to have all of your drivers who are unloading equipment look very carefully at the map found here.  We ask that everyone unload onto the sidewalk and move their vehicles as quickly and safely as possible.  This will allow us to keep traffic flowing and to not block the public road more than necessary.  Consider arriving to unload at 5:15 or 5:30 to avoid the congestion.

SAFETY GLASSES
A reminder to have your safety glasses ON when you arrive to load-in.  There will not be any safety glasses available to borrow.  Teams MUST supply their own.  No safety glasses, no entry to the Pit Area.

FOOD
Teams are allowed to bring in food.  However....unlike last weekend where we had a large space for storing and eating, at this venue the space is a classroom.  There will be plenty of room to STORE your food but there really won't be enough space for all the teams to eat in there at the same time.  We are working with the venue for other possible eating locations.  Consider plans for eating outdoors, weather permitting, or eating in shifts.  Just wanted you all to know in advance.
 

NO SEAT SAVING!
A reminder that it is a FIRST rule that teams may not save seats in the stands.  Please share this message with your parents.  We had complaints from a team sponsor that dropped into the event last weekend and was not allowed to sit in a section that was being "saved" by a team.  Keep in mind that guests are only sitting in the seats for a few matches.  And it's really not GP (Gracious Professionalism) to not allow someone to sit in an empty spot.  Help us spread the FIRST ethos of GP at all times at our events.
